related services to meet requirements of savvy
vacationers worldwide.
Synergy Travel Mart is an
application management tool for travel agents
to provide robust functionality to manage every
aspect of the back-end operations. The travel
desk would know the entire details of the resorts,
with regard to the bookings, availability, promotions,
rentals etc.
The Salient Features:
User Role & Privileges:
The User (Corporate or Distributor) will be
created by the Administrator and only the Active
users have access to the system. Depending on
the privileges users can access the options
/ features.
Members:
User can access the details of members through
this page. Here user can perform member search,
access reports related to members, add a new
member, manage existing members etc...
Orders:
Resorts Management:
Resort System takes into Account the total details
of the Resort like Resort Location, Nearest
Airport Details, Check-In and Check-Out Times
and Days, Fees Structure and Amenities, Attractions
and Activities around the Resorts. Once these
details are available the Resort can be booked
based on the different Lookup Criteria’s.
Another feature under this system is the Resort
Map and Driving Directions which are retrieved
from the Yahoo! Maps.
Accounts & Inventory Management:
Accounts and Inventory Management work hand-in-hand.
The Members who are registered and are regular
Mediators with Synergy Travel mart exchange
Inventory for different Certificates like Cruise,
Condos and Mini-Vacations in lieu for the Holding
in the Resorts. This takes care of the Exchanging
of the Certificates for certain period and the
Resort is leased till the Certificate Expiry
Period.
In the Account Management System, the Inventory
sold to the different Members or Account Holders
can be reported and the system automatically
clears the Inventory if the Expiry Period has
been lapsed.
